Achieving Together: A Community Plan to End the HIV Epidemic officially launched on November 27, 2018 with our commitment to be a movement for everyone who is affected by HIV, to amplify the voices of people who often don’t get heard, and to build compassionate connections across communities.
At the Texas HIV/STD Conference in Austin, Achieving Together Partners shared their vision for a Texas where HIV is rare and all people will have access to the services they need to thrive—no matter how old they are, what they look like, or who they love.
Over 1,000 conference participants pledged to work together to end HIV as an epidemic in Texas, cultivate a stigma-free climate of appreciation and inclusion, and eliminate health disparities.
Over the next few months, Achieving Together partners will be bringing conversations about the vision, goals, and focus areas around the state. We also want to hear from you:
